Terms of Use

Welcome to Sheep Puzzle Escape ("we," "us," "our," or the "Game"). These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Sheep Puzzle Escape. By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

Who Can Play

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sheep Puzzle Escape. If you are between 13 and the legal age of majority in your country of residence, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Parental notice: If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child under 13 has provided us with personal information or created an account, please contact us at gamedev@jarcusea.com. We will terminate the account and delete associated data promptly.

Your Account Responsibilities

Some features of Sheep Puzzle Escape may require you to create an account. You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, or linked social account).
All activities that occur under your account, regardless of whether you authorized them.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, infringes on the rights of others, or is used for fraudulent activities. You may delete your account at any time via in-app settings or by contacting gamedev@jarcusea.com.

Limited License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use Sheep Puzzle Escape on devices you own or control, strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not give you any ownership rights in the Game, its content, or any associated intellectual property. Any use outside the scope of this license (including reverse engineering, copying, modifying, or creating derivative works) is strictly prohibited unless permitted by applicable mandatory law.

What You Are Not Allowed to Do

To keep Sheep Puzzle Escape fair, fun, and safe for everyone, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:

Cheating & Exploits

Using hacks, mods, bots, automation software, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage
Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Game
Manipulating game data, memory values, or network traffic

Harassment & Toxicity

Bullying, threatening, impersonating, or harassing other players
Posting offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content
Sharing other players' personal information without consent

Commercial & Illegal Use

Selling, trading, or transferring Virtual Assets for real money outside authorized in-app mechanisms
Using the Game for unauthorized advertising or data scraping
Engaging in any form of real-money gambling through the Game

Disruption & Malware

Interfering with game servers, overloading infrastructure, or disrupting other players' experiences
Distributing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Game software

Enforcement: Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent account ban, forfeiture of all Virtual Assets, and, in serious cases, reporting to law enforcement authorities. We reserve the right to investigate and take action as we deem appropriate.

Virtual Assets & Real-Money Withdrawals

Sheep Puzzle Escape may include in-game currency (coins, gems, etc.), power-ups, or other digital items collectively referred to as "Virtual Assets." You understand and agree to the following:

Virtual Assets have no real-world monetary value and are not legal tender.
You are granted a limited, revocable license to use Virtual Assets inside the Game; you do not "own" them in any traditional property sense.
Virtual Assets cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services except through our official withdrawal mechanisms (PayPal payouts), where explicitly offered.
We may modify, adjust, or retire Virtual Assets at any time with reasonable notice, unless such change materially harms you without cause.
If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, all unused Virtual Assets will be forfeited without compensation.

Real-Money Withdrawals (PayPal)

If you meet certain in-game milestones, you may request withdrawal of earned rewards to your PayPal account. Conditions apply (minimum threshold, verification, fraud checks). Once processed, withdrawals are final and non-refundable. We may delay, deny, or reverse withdrawals if we suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Content You Submit

Any messages, feedback, bug reports, suggestions, or other content you submit within Sheep Puzzle Escape ("User Content") remains your sole responsibility. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to host, store, modify, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Game. You warrant that you own the User Content or have permission to share it, and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Third-Party Services & Ads

Sheep Puzzle Escape may display advertisements through AppLovin and its mediation partners. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the applicable terms of those ad networks where required. The Game may contain links to external websites or services that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. We encourage you to review the policies of any third-party service before sharing personal information with them.

Opt out of personalized ads: Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization". iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable for Sheep Puzzle Escape.

Ownership of the Game

All rights, title, and interest in and to Sheep Puzzle Escape (including but not limited to the software, code, graphics, sound effects, music, character designs, sheep assets, brand assets, and trademarks) are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Trademarks and service marks displayed in the Game are our registered or unregistered marks (or those of third parties) and may not be used without prior written permission.

No Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHEEP PUZZLE ESCAPE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE GAME'S OPERATION, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF VIRTUAL ASSETS) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS, OR $100 (ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LOCAL LAW.

You Agree to Indemnify Us

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sheep Puzzle Escape, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) your use of the Game in violation of these Terms; (ii) your User Content; (iii) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (iv) any fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence by you.

Suspension & Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate by deleting Sheep Puzzle Escape from all your devices and ceasing all use of the service. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, without prior notice, if:

You materially breach these Terms and fail to cure within 7 days (or immediately for serious violations such as cheating, harassment, or illegal conduct).
We are required to do so by law or by a regulatory authority.
We decide to discontinue the Game or a major feature (with reasonable advance notice where feasible).

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately, and you must delete all copies of the Game. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For users outside Kenya, mandatory local consumer laws may apply.

Informal Resolution First

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at gamedev@jarcusea.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to do the same within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Sheep Puzzle Escape agree to resolve any claims through binding individual arbitration (except for small claims court claims that qualify). You waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions. The arbitration will be conducted in English, in Nairobi, Kenya (or via remote means) under the rules of the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA) or an alternative agreed by the parties. Notwithstanding, either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

Game Changes & Updates

We continuously evolve Sheep Puzzle Escape. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game, including features, Virtual Assets, server availability, or the entire Game, with or without notice. We will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice for material changes that may affect your saved progress or purchased items. However, we are not liable for any loss of progress, Virtual Assets, or user data resulting from necessary updates, bug fixes, security patches, or legal requirements.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time as our services or legal obligations evolve.
The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
For material changes (such as fee increases or substantial rule changes), we will notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of Sheep Puzzle Escape after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Game and delete it.

General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign this agreement in whole or in part in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sheep Puzzle Escape regarding the Game and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
